Rainy and cold Saturday but at least it is Saturday. Was hoping to get some work done on another website today and finish posting some market reports. And do some more research about which Word Press theme to use for a new blog. Oh and accomplish everything else I do each and everyday in my attempt to conquer the internet…..

One task was talking with a buyer client about the results of the home inspection for the killer deal they are buying. Almost a little jealous of the great home they are buying. I was glad that the inspector didn’t find anything too major. But they picked the inspector that I knew would go through the home and find every little defect.

Which is what a buyer wants from a home inspector. I would rather have an inspector kill a deal because he finds something than to have a client buy a home with problems that are not easily seen…..

Of course, if the seller had paid for an inspection before putting the home on the market….
